Hey, I’m Shiela!

And I’m here to tell you how widely capable you are!

Simonet Collective & Co. was born after years of working as a freelance social media manager, marketing strategist, content editor, and virtual assistant for businesses across various industries. Through this journey, I didn’t just master creative and marketing skills, I gained a deep understanding of what happens behind the scenes of growing businesses.

Working closely with different brands allowed me to expand my expertise beyond content and marketing into systems, workflows, automation, and operational support, the very foundations that allow businesses to scale without burnout.

So here we are. I took my passions for creativity, strategy, and structure and built a collective of goal-driven individuals who share the same commitment to helping brands grow intentionally and sustainably.

Alongside running the agency, I love giving back by supporting fellow service providers and aspiring freelancers through 1:1 consultations and mentorship, helping them build businesses that support the life they want, not the other way around.

My ultimate goal with Simonet Collective & Co. is simple: to help brands and businesses thrive in the ever-evolving digital space by combining strong branding, smart marketing, and efficient systems.
